Danielle Garamendi serves as Chief Operating Officer at Monument Payments, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the payments industry. Since entering the field in 2016, she has worked across almost every department, developing a comprehensive understanding of operations, agent support, and the real-world needs of merchants.

Danielle is known for her structured approach, sharp attention to detail, and ability to bring clarity to complex situations. She plays a critical role in guiding Monument’s operational strategy, supporting team development, and building the systems that allow the company to grow while maintaining responsive, local service.

Her leadership helps ensure Monument delivers consistent execution from onboarding through long-term support.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys attending concerts with family and friends, exploring new trails on the side-by-side, and spending time with her husband and four dogs.
